Damaged items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date in exchange for a replacement or free repair please email shippingcbjewelry@gmail.com to receive a shipping label. 

After 30 days please contact us for details at shippingcbjewelry@gmail.com or ship back to  

CB Jewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges at our discretion.

We hold a high standard for our products and promise we’ll do our best to perform with excellence. In the rare case our products don’t meet your expectations, let us know and we’ll gladly exchange it for something you love or provide you with a code to use for store credit Please enter your personal store credit code at checkout. You can email us at shippingcbjewelry@gmail.com with any questions or ship back to 3259 Mountain Road, Haymarket VA 20169. You will receive a credit to use.  

Exchanges must take place within 30 days of the date your order was received and the returned item(s) must be in the original condition. Credits are valid for one year, from the date issued.

Shipping Fees

Orders under $50.00 ship for $5.95.

Orders $50.00 to $100.00 ship for $7.95.

All orders over $100 ship for free. Unless specified in the item.  For example, all walking with purpose items require shipping cost. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Your order will ship after processing time. We ship first class and priority through the USPS.  Please allow 10 business days for delivery.
